FACULTY: JILL VARTENIGIAN
Since moving to Seattle in 1997 Jill has worked in the design field for
clients great and small. Before moving to Seattle she received an MFA in
Design as well as a Certificate in Book Arts from The University of Iowa.
Her BA was in Art History and she minored in Studio Art at Oberlin College
in Ohio. Her background experience not only includes commercial graphic
design but also includes book arts which is book design, letterpress
printing, paper making and portfolio/box design. She brings her experience
in the design field and her background in traditional arts and printing to
the graphic design program at Seattle Central.
